Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed between two to seven business days. Orders will not be shipped on weekends or holidays.
Delivery delays do occur occasionally. When experiencing a higher than normal volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Standard (3-7 business days): $5 - Free for orders over $30
Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska
Shipments sent to Hawaii and Alaska pay a flat rate of $15 for USPS Priority Mail before tax and shipping.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
MIDFLOWER® is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
MIDFLOWER® is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged product, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
Returns & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at MIDFLOWER®!
We accept returns of unopened items purchased at www.midflower.us within 14 days of purchase. To qualify for a refund, please provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or packing slip) and contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Return shipping is responsibility of the shipper. Refunds will be made in the amount of the purchase price, plus tax, when the returned item is received by our warehouse and verified to be in its original condition. Shipping cannot be refunded. Please allow ten business days for the processing of refund.
